Sync Data on Windows using QuickSync
QuickSync helps you synchronize data on a Windows system. It is an application that is available in your system tray after being downloaded and installed. It is a simple and user-friendly application that allows you to synchronize date using an easy interface. It uses smart name detection that recognizes missing and moved folders and files. This minimizes the possibility of conflicts between the synced folders and files.
You can, additionally, ensure that the synchronization happens automatically. The options are simple to use and configure. It will ensure that the synchronization between the folders will be automated and will not need too much follow-up or monitoring. Alternately, if you don’t want to set any automated sync options and just want to let it just sync once or as and when you want to, that too is possible.
After installing the application, complete the following:
- Launch the application from the system tray.
This displays the QuickSync main window.
- Drag and drop folders on its main window.
This creates a source.
- Select the destination location that you want to synchronize the folder with.
- Start synchronization.
- This automatically synchronizes the folders and the files within the folder.
QuickSync is a free application that can be used in the following version of Windows:
