If you want to copy SMS from a specific contact, click “Copy SMS From who” button and select options
1): Choose File Type: You can only select TXT file format in single contact sms transfer;
2): Choose File Path: where to store the backup file;
Note: Advanced Option is disabled in single contact sms transfer.
Click OK Button to finish the Copy.

Thanks for the helpful article. I unfortunately have a Mac, so I can’t use the windows software. I found another program, Decipher TextMessage which does the same thing for Mac. http://decipher-media.com/iphone-tools/ for anyone who needs it. I think they also have a voicemail tool.
