They also announced in their blog that they are working towards getting feedback on sites directly from the users that receive results. The beta or experimental version to filtering out sites with low-quality content is being launched on Chrome extension.
You can download Personal Blocklist Extension for Chrome. Once this extension is installed you can block sites from web search results, and manage them based on your needs. Additionally, this information is sent to Google for further investigation and record. Google can also use this information to rank signals for search results.
To suite a global audience, even at a early stage, Google Chrome has launched this extension in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.
