What is touch screen ?
A touchscreen is defined as a display which can observe the presence and sense location of a touch within the display area. The term in universal refers to touch or contact to the display of the device by a finger or hand. Touch screens can also sense other passive objects, such as a stylus. Do you know that there are different kinds of technologies used behind the touch screen monitors and gadgets.Few examples are, capacitive systems, infrared and surface acoustic wave technology,resistive touch screens.
The benefits of such technology are obvious. Rather than lugging along extra input devices such as a mouse or a keyboard, the user need only his finger to manipulate the chosen device.Some of the features are described as follows:

- Blizzard handling – Unlike initial stage now the touch screen gadgets can be easily handled with rash using.You can easily washed-down monitors and screens.Even highly advance and Active RFID enabled equipments are known to be made with the help of touch screens(Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is an automatic identification method, relying on storing and remotely retrieving data using devices called RFID tags or transponders.)
- Protections – Now a days touchscreen are protected from hazards like protected against, electrical surges, temperature variations,physical and climatic changes.

RFID TECHNOLOGY – The technology commands some degree of practice of an RFID reader and an RFID tag. An RFID tag is an object that can be applied to or integrated into a product,person or animal meters away and beyond the line of sight of the reader
